Where is Sidekick?

Your Sidekick is right here in Dubai, UAE. For now, support is available only in Dubai. As the journey continues, more parts of the UAE will be unlocked. One city at a time, every Hero will get the Sidekick they deserve.

Who is Sidekick?

A Sidekick isn’t a hero in shining armour or a professional with all the answers. They are the Hero’s everyday companion who shows up just when needed. Flexible, reliable, and quick to adapt, a Sidekick blends into the Hero’s rhythm — helping with tasks, keeping the day in order, or adding a spark of fun when things feel dull. They don’t take over the story but play a meaningful cameo, stepping in to support and stepping out gracefully, letting the Hero remain the true star of their own journey.

Why is Sidekick necessary for a Hero?

Even the greatest heroes only have 24 hours in a day. Between work, personal life, and chasing dreams, little time is left for inspiration or relaxation. That’s where a Sidekick steps in. From running errands and helping with tasks to offering encouragement when the day feels heavy, a Sidekick’s mission is to make the Hero’s day smoother, lighter, and more manageable. When the workload rises, a Sidekick follows your lead, mirrors your actions, and keeps you moving forward. Having a Sidekick is not a sign of weakness. It is a Hero’s secret ally for getting things done by someone they can rely on.

When is Sidekick Available?

Sidekick support is available from Monday to Saturday. There are four slots of 3hours each, where a Hero can assign tasks and receive support. If a Hero needs two or more consecutive slots, they can let the Sidekick know, and the schedule will be adjusted to assist them seamlessly.
Saturdays are also open to all Heroes, but priority will be given to People of Determination and volunteering or community welfare tasks.

How is Sidekick booked for a mission?

Heroes can secure a Sidekick by visiting the “Book Now” page and selecting the date and time slot that fits their mission. Next, fill out a short form with personal and contact details, along with any notes that help the Sidekick prepare. Once booked, a Sidekick will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm the location and appointment. If plans change, Heroes are requested to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, giving the Sidekick time to dash to another Hero in need.
